PRIVACY POLICY

Effective from October 1, 2025

This Privacy Policy sets out the main principles and rules followed by UAB “Visenta” (company code 303143946, registered address Ulonų g. 5-510, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania, e-mail: info@visenta.lt) when processing personal data collected through the website www.visenta.lt.

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. UAB “Visenta” (hereinafter – the Company) processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other applicable legal acts.
1.2. This Privacy Policy applies to individuals (hereinafter – Data Subjects) who use the Company’s website or provide their personal data through contact forms.
1.3. The Privacy Policy applies in all cases where the Company receives, uses, or otherwise processes personal data.

  1. PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

2.1. The Company may collect the following personal data:
• Name and surname;
• E-mail address, telephone number;
• Content of a message or inquiry;
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, date, time, and duration of the visit;
• Data collected through cookies and analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

  1. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

3.1. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
• To respond to inquiries and provide requested information (legal basis – consent of the Data Subject or the Company’s legitimate interest);
• To ensure the proper functioning and security of the website (legitimate interest);
• To analyze website traffic and improve service quality (based on data from Google Analytics and legitimate interest).
3.2. When personal data is processed on the basis of consent, the Data Subject has the right to withdraw such consent at any time by informing the Company via e-mail at info@visenta.lt.

7.1. Data received through contact forms is stored for up to 12 months from the date of the last communication, unless a longer period is required by law.
7.2. Cookie-related data is stored for the period specified in the cookie settings or browser policy.

  1. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

8.1. Data Subjects have the right to:
• Obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
• Access their data and receive a copy thereof;
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Request deletion of their data (“right to be forgotten”);
• Request restriction of data processing;
• Object to the processing of their data;
• Withdraw their consent;
• File a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (www.vdai.lt).
8.2. Requests for the exercise of these rights must be submitted via e-mail to info@visenta.lt. The Company will respond within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request.

  1. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

9.1. The Company reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time in order to ensure its compliance with legal requirements and operational changes.
9.2. The updated version of the Policy will be published on the website www.visenta.lt and will take effect from the date of its publication.
