Company formation for EU and non-EU citizens
Our team assists in establishing companies in Lithuania for both citizens of European Union member states and third-country nationals. The company can be registered remotely or in person in Lithuania. We prepare all necessary documents, coordinate the process with the Register Centre and the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI).
We also register Lithuanian taxpayer codes for foreign companies (both from EU and non-EU countries) that operate or have tax obligations in Lithuania and must pay taxes according to Lithuanian law. VAT registration can also be arranged if necessary.
A free consultation is available for anyone planning to start business activity in Lithuania.
